Luxuriant MienTM Branded products usually take 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

Our fulfillment times for all Luxuriant MienTM products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc. maybe longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. It's difficult to predict the shipping times.

Imported Items shipment times can vary up to several weeks. For a specific estimated shipping date refer to your order number and track them through the link in the order tracking section on the Luxuriant MienTM website.

Please contact info@luxuriantmien.com for the appropriate shipping address as some items are shipped directly from our vendors and to determine your eligibility for returns.


Please do not return any item without receiving a written confirmation through email to proceed with the return or exchange process. Items sent back to Luxuriant Mien without confirmation will not be honored nor returned no exceptions. If email confirmation is received to start the return process you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or credit amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
